Responsible for designing client’s spaces based on their style, taste, and budget. Communicating with the client in professional and timely manner, sourcing products, and producing concept board and room visualizations.

Responsible for exterior finishes, interior furniture layout, material, fixtures, and detail drawing in every stage of project, from pre-construction to quality control in completed projects. Integrating business knowledge into design practice comes through estimating, budgeting, and purchasing interior material, lighting and plumbing fixtures, and appliances.

Responsible in design development and project management, which includes in defining client’s requirement, planning and re-layout to maximize usage of space, handling material selection, developing CAD drawings and 3D visualizations, presentation to clients, and managing construction site; and maintained good relationships among culturally diverse colleagues and clients while upholding the image and values of the firm through professionally involved in various on-going projects.

Responsible for producing design proposal, includes completing CAD drawings, 3D modeling and visualizations, material selections, and presentation boards to client, as well as observing and measuring construction site.

Responsible in assisting design jobs, which include developing space planning, modifying CAD drawings, processing 3D modelling and visualization, handling material selection, and composing material boards.
