The Little Gym Cobham is a children’s gym offering educational activities for kids that seeking a Digital Marketing Intern. The main role is to work closely with the Gym Director and Program Director and will be responsible for key areas of Digital Marketing across the portfolio of The Little Gym brands/ franchiser within their division. The Internship takes on daily tasks/ project responsibilities in the following areas;
• Content creation; liaising with key stakeholders to provide content to be used in email marketing, on the brand site, on official website and on social media platforms
• Running Customer Relationship Management (CRM) campaigns; interpreting, testing and improving results to ensure campaigns run as best practice
• Search Engine Marketing (Google AdWords &SEO tools); managing and reporting on search performance
• Support the team in managing and running Social Media profiles and campaigns for the UK market. Creating and executing social media strategies to drive online traffic from social media platforms
• Apply the Digital Media and Marketing tools via using images and videos contents. Staying up to date on current and emerging digital marketing trends
• Website Maintenance. Managing the redesign of the company website to raise brand awareness. Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website. Website analytics and reporting

• Main role included teaching, developmental gymnastic based classes with children between the ages of 10 months to 12 years. Responsibilities included strong communication skills, dealing with customer relations as well as front desk, marketing and IT works on computer.
• Improved the competencies to perform under pressure, leadership & management skills, quick decision making, problem solving, strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated the professional level, moral principles, ethical standards and loyalty as also business awareness and enterprise skills.
• Had offered for the position of a Program Director but refused it. Gave specific training, shared knowledge and experiences to new staff before leaving the job.

• Marketed and promoted the Union’s services and events to students on any of the Kingston University sites as scheduled. Carried out all marketing tasks given and to the level requested. Recognised by manager as a key member. Offered abilities in focusing to meet targets, persuasive techniques and sales efficiency.

• Main duties of these roles were integral to widening participation and student activities. Demonstrated a high level of respect and responsibility, flexibility and adaptability to change, conflict resolution and organisational skills.
• Interacted and connected to students from diverse background. Made influences and expanded a strong network.

• Organised and accompanied groups of holidaymakers on tours within specific locations of the UK. Responsible for ensuring the travel arrangements ran smoothly for whole journeys. Provided customers practical support throughout the trip with high quality in hospitality, customer service and CRM.
• Served clients with confidence, sociability, energy and enthusiasm along with capabilities in emotions control, planning, strategic and time management.

• Main role was to support teachers to plan and deliver art and design lessons. Worked with Children’s Art School after-school and holiday workshops.
• This opportunity was an excellent way to see how practicing artists can work in the education sector to develop their practice, earn a living and contribute to the health of the creative subjects in young children’s education.

• Within the program, there were 6 teams with 2 contestants for each. We traveled through a long Vietnam to explore and discover the beauty and history of the country. Besides, It was a game-show; hence, every team had intensive and various competition with others in each location we arrived
