• Work closely with the Creative Director to develop new seasonal collections
• Ensure the aesthetic of the brand is met by conceptualizing and designing product for target consumer
• Create inspiration mood boards and color boards seasonal and special project collections

• Track all stages of development through to production
• Execute seasonal logos, trims, and all-over prints, embroideries, and screen print artwork

• Adheres to budget and time constraints.
• Monitors projects through all phases of production.
• Communication with the multimedia team as projects are ready for online production.
• Communication with outside vendors on projects as they need to be produced.
• View color proofs or prototypes for accuracy of color and content.
• Conducts press checks outside of office and makes adjustments as necessary
• Work directly with men's buying team on the art direction of packaging and trims for denim, outerwear, knits and accessories.
• Works with men's knit team to create apparel graphics for private label brands.
