Matt provides technical design support for engineering and planning purposes for a Transport Consultancy. Having in depth software experience of key packages in order to provide thorough support for Engineers and Planners.

Matt provides graphic support and experience in a variety of projects and formats. He has an eye for detail, an understanding of layout and clear presentation, and creative skills to convey a message using visual methods.

He has flexibility and experience in many software packages to produce the desired end product, and is quick at understanding software. Matt uses key computer aided and graphic design tools, particularly Adobe CC ( Indesign / Photoshop / Illustrator). He excels in designing resource material for travel plans, report template designs, e-shots, posters, flyers, icons, infographics, questionnaires and forms. Matt regularly provides design work for projects relating to travel plans, journey to work, surveys, and material to promote campaigns and company development.

Matt enjoys photography and provides support for capturing events, location shots, staff portraits and a transport based library of images. He has been commissioned to do weddings, portraits, and events.

He uses MapInfo and Accession to produce GIS accessibility maps. He has been introduced to ArcGIS. He creates map based data plans presenting data on travel behaviour, travel modes, public transport amenities, travel times, proximity of services to employees, companies and residents, thematic maps showing ranges, and census data based maps.

He is proficient in CAD and add-on software including AutoTRACK, KeyLine, KeySignals and KeySign. He provides CAD designs for preliminary works, junction designs, internal layouts, detailed highways design, signal junctions, sign designs, survey data, bus route improvements, swept path analysis, route assessments for abnormal loads.
