As Co-Founder of Usantu Design Ltd I was responsible for building the company from scratch. In my role as Managing Director I am responsible for the day to day running of the company, I deal with Invoicing, Customer Contacting, Accounting, Employee Management, and much more besides. In addition to these responsibilities I am also a Graphic Designer, I love the process of design. My speciality is branding, however I am able to produce great work across multiple disciplines within design, such as web design, animation, print and advertising.

Responsible for organising and arranging all aspects of repairs conducted in store, including contacting customers, quoting prices for repair work and organising the technicians workload.

Responsible for troubleshooting and repairing Apple products such as iPhones, iPads, iPods, Mac Desktops, Mac Laptops, and Apple Accessories. Also responsible for troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
