Martin Hudler has worked in the real estate industry for the past four decades. Due to his strong work ethic and commitment to his clients, he has experienced a great deal of success. Martin recognizes how fortunate he is, and as a result, he never hesitates to give back to his community. In particular, he is dedicated to assisting the United States Armed Forces in any way that he can. Martin estimates that he has donated more than $500,000 to various organizations that help the country’s military forces.

As an avid problem solver with over 40 years of real estate expertise throughout the United States, Martin Hudler specializes in dealing with real estate assets in bankruptcy court, challenging real estate developments, and investments such as build-to-suits for industrial and commercial / retail projects with an emphasis on multi-family development, existing multi-family projects and portfolios.

While Martin Hudler is proud of the financial success he has had over the years, he believes that true success is the ability to help those less fortunate. For many years, he served as the Chairman of Global Centurion, a nonprofit that fights human trafficking. Global Centurion works to combat modern slavery through research programs, advocacy, and strategic partnerships. Martin Hudler is proud that he got the opportunity to work with Global Centurion, and he still supports their work today.

One of Martin's favorite hobbies outside of work is studying history. In particular, he is a fan of Abraham Lincoln. He admires Lincoln’s honesty, work ethic, and commitment to the American people. Over the years, Martin Hudler has studied Lincoln’s life and looked to him as an inspiration. Leaders like Abraham Lincoln are exceedingly rare which is why they deserve to be studied and admired by students of history. Read Less
