As the co-founder and Executive Director of Heaps LLC, my wife and I are partners running a small service group out of Austin, Texas with clients reaching around the globe. From Dell, to Polycom, to Google, to local startups, our goal is to be the scalability solution and resource client-partners need to find both the best content strategy and execution they desire. With services spanning from content to asset creation, we specialize in developing systems that support communications, brand, presentations, social media, and more. Everyone here wears many hats, and with our small team we have built a group of specialists that collectively have nearly 100 years of experience in media, design, creative direction, and business systems. My job is to make sure we meet our promise to client-partners whether that is through assets I produce myself, or in the management of others that work with us for our client partners.

Director of Development:

Responsibilities involved professional development and oversight of the Graphic Design and Production artists on staff. Establishing and maintaining our contractor/vendor strategy, building training curriculum for multiple departments and working with clients on design solutions. Additional work involved recruiting talent, partnering with various departments on collaborative exercises, and reporting to management on career pathways for various individual contributors.

Executive Director for Houndstooth Studio and Enspire Learning. Responsibilities include oversight of all media projects ensuring quality of execution and alignment with resources for our Producers overseeing projects. Day to day involves client-meetings, strategy and tactic for execution of target goals, creative direction and production guidance on active projects, marketing and sales support for both companies, and helping write proposals, pricing estimates, and SOWs.
