Launchpad Advertising

Art Director

Started as a Junior Art Director and got promoted to Art Director the following year. When I started, Launchpad was a 12 person agency and we had to get really scrappy and hands on. I acquired many new skills in a short period of time. From illustration, identity design, web design, animation, film and photo production. It taught us how to be resourceful and flexible. We are now a 60 people agency and still growing.
