Product Designer

Currently I'm acting as Product Designer in Insurance & Services team. My daily job is provide costumers with clear information about our services: insurance and installation. Guiding them through our services page between the product page and the cart page. Working along the product manager and the product owner I use discovery processes, research methods and co-creation sessions to develop the whole journey of our customers and think about new opportunities.

Initially I acted as Product designer for Brastemp Credit Card, a partnership between Brastemp and Itaú Unibanco. In this role I was in charge of thinking about every user interaction, from card requests to e-commerce checkouts with Brastemp's Credit Card.

UX designer for Santander’s web portal. As part of the Digital Optimization Team my role is to deliver usability strategies and UI, understanding all of the business definitions for each flow and journey inside the portal, supporting business and communications teams.

UX Designer for Bradesco Cartões (credit card management division at Bradesco, one of the most import Brazilian banks).
With the product managers, developers and account managers of all levels we design every part of the user experience for the App and web version of the Bradesco's credit card manager.

UX Designer/Art Director

Initially as art director and UX/UI designer for RD Group (Raia Drogasil - A drugstore network), I created landing pages for products, benefit programs and promotions in general. In addition to other materials such as e-commerce banners and programmatic media.
Together with the agency's IT team, we implemented and enhanced the workflow with Adobe XD, creating high fidelity prototypes, preview and approval via the Adobe platform. It works for development too, providing assets and content in the same platform.

As an exclusive art director serving Everything DiSC, The Five Behaviors, The Leadership Challenge, and PXT Select (Wiley brands), my focus is on creating impactful ads to capture consultants and clients. Facebook and LinkedIn Ads, email marketing and landing pages.

Also, I have created for brands such as April Seguros, 4Bio, Le Club Accor Hotels and others.

My monograph addressed Disruptive Business Models, the goal of understanding the impacts of disruptive business models, or disruptive innovation, on business and social relationships. Determine possible commercial and social positions in the face of such changes.
Using historical examples of success, I sought to chart a possible path for innovation. Far from achieving this, and neither was the goal, I analyzed people, companies, social and cultural contexts related to major innovations.

With the mission of launching an innovative business, our concluding work was awarded the Best Research Project of 2011. The result of hard teamwork. In it, we proposed the creation of a different burger shop: a relaxed place where customers set up their own snack using the ingredients laid out on an innovative kitchen treadmill. In it, the customer chooses from among high quality and always fresh ingredients.

Throughout the process, we researched, calculated costs, met suppliers and competitors, interviewed potential consumers, developed our entire marketing and communication strategy.

An incredible period from which I carry great friends and co-workers. Including the teachers.
