• Apply design thinking to the end-to-end customer experience.
• Translate wire frames and requirements into effective visual designs that help customers.
• Create layouts and visual design comps to communicate vision design and final design requirements to internal stakeholders and development teams.
• Work closely with a front-end designer to bring your work to life in html and css while maintain brand standards.
• Participate in user research, usability validation, and A/B testing.
• Work closely with other team members including User Experience Architects, Business Owners, Product Managers, Content Strategists, and Development Teams to bring your designs to life.
• Take ownership of your projects as a whole, following them through to launch and relentlessly looking for the best way to solve business problems and improve the customer experience.

○ Design interactive experiences for web-based, tablet-based and responsive platforms
○ Work closely with management and the development team to generate process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity comps for new or revised product functionality
○ Bring fresh ideas that could help streamline existing processes

○ Brainstorm, gather feature requirements, and present ideas in a collaborative environment

○ Create and maintain all internal UI documents, icons, elements, practices, behaviors, and style guides. 
○ Deliver user interface designs and screen mock-ups, from concept to launch.
○ Envision, create, and execute innovative designs that have the potential to establish new best practices while maintaining style guidelines.
○ Justify design decisions by effectively presenting UI options and solutions for peer review.
