As a UX and UI designer I am part of the regional Data Management and Analytics Team for LatAm, of the Institutional Clients Group (ICG).

I design interfaces for internal data warehouses used for business intelligence within ICG. I work with Agile methodologies in a multidisciplinary team to develop a clear understanding of users' needs.

Through conducting Design Thinking workshops, we empathize, define the problem, ideate a solution, prototype and test the big data tools proposed.

Also, I work as project management and I am responsible for creating WBS for various projects we are currently working on. I am responsible for documenting the weekly executive updates and coordinating the project plan for the different disciplines on the team.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct Design Thinking workshops with data scientists, data engineers and product managers to create digital products aligned to users' needs.

· Design user interface components and modules, aligned to Citibank corporate identity.

· Define Architecture Information for the different products.

· Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate the dashboards interaction

· Identify and troubleshoot UX problems though user testing to implement on future iterations, defined through A/B Testing and user testing.
