To whom it may concern:
Mads Hostrup Mortensen worked as an intern from the 14th of November 2011 till the 2nd of March 2012 in our creative department at Ogilvy & Mather Berlin.
We got to know Mads as an reliable and very talented employee everyone liked to work with. He worked on projects for our clients Volkswagen, Sternburg (beer), Feldschlösschen (another beer), Fit for Fun (magazine), MAN (trucks) and many quite intensive new business projects. His good computer skills and extreme precision helped us a lot in every channel, especially film, print, online, ambient and social media. Mads was also involved in the development of concepts and contributed some really good ideas.
Mads solved all tasks confidently and independently in a way we were fully satisfied. He always protected the interests of the agency and his behaviour towards colleagues and supervisors was more than correct. He was very dedicated to the work and supported us beyond our agreement. His calm and thoughtful mindset was a good contrast to the partly hypertuned advertising business and delivered new helpful perspectives.
We thank Mads for his work at Ogilvy and for his continuing studies and his personal future big success and good luck!
About an application for a job from Mads after his studies we would be very happy.
Sincerely,
Tim Stuebane
