Hospitality professional Lucas Stoioff earned his bachelor of business administration from Loyola University in New Orleans. Majoring in finance, he also studied management and marketing, Subsequently, Lucas Stoioff moved to Chicago to further his education, entering John Marshall Law School. Concentrating on small business and administrative law, he acquired his juris doctor.

Among Luke Stoioff’s first ventures in the hospitality industry was the development of Stone Lotus in 2006. The establishment was a restaurant and nightspot that gained quick recognition as one of the top 10 of its kind in the United States. This led Mr. Stoioff and his partners to create the luxury sports bar Bull & Bear three years later. Under the management of Chicago-based DINE|AMIC Group, a firm Luke Stoioff founded, Bull & Bear was listed among the Top 100 Highest Grossing Restaurants in the Nation by Bar and Nightclub Magazine. Other successful venues created by Mr. Stoioff and his team include Public House and Siena Tavern.
