A little bit transcosmos Vietnam Co., Ltd: A big outsourcing company from Japan. They had over 50 offices in the world.

Key achievement:
* Became a design team leader after 6 months and the best team of this month.

My responsible:
* Make an action plan and manage 4 members.
* Design variety styles of Japanese website, landing page, banner
* Follow and evaluate the quality of design from start to finish.

A little bit Yes4All as a retail company about fitness and sporting goods. They are only selling in Amazon, the US market.

Key achievement:
* After redesign layout of Amazon store, the revenue of the store grow-up 38% rather than previous version.
* Reduce Acos (Advertising Cost of Sales) on the 2018 Amazon Holiday Campaign from 12% to 10%.

My responsible:
* Support to carry out advertising in Amazon that includes setting up, monitoring and optimization.
* Conduct statistics and analysis data SEM, support SEM team weekly report.
