• Introduce a simplified UX process to bridge the gap between customer needs and in-house tool development, ensuring delightful, user-friendly interfaces also add business value to our org.
• Improve and maintain the Core Network Monitoring Tool, user experience, content, hierarchy, lingo, and interfaces; fix inconsistencies and usability across the multiple features of the system based on customer feedback and leadership roadmap alignments;
• Based on multiple interactions with leadership, PM, TPM, and customers, I've created the initial UX design for a suite of componentized services that together control the lifecycle of our IT networks, infrastructure, and devices.
• Redesigning the in-house inventory management system with a new experience flow heavily focuses on customer needs. Through multiple iterations with user groups and stakeholders, covering essential processes (receiving, moving TOA, RAM, and liquidation) was part of the deliverables of the new desktop and mobile user experience of the app.
• Redesign the in-house warehouse database web repository using different research methods (customer survey, direct interviews, card sorting section) to collect and align the customer needs to create a new user experience and interface and a robust content management system to allow content owners to self-service update facility content.
• UI Audit of an in-house project management tool, using accessibility scoring, usability heuristics, benchmarking other similar tools on the market, usage metrics, and the latest yearly user feedback survey, I've created "ux-roadmap," which includes multiple actions such as re-definition of the dashboards, re-location and visual updates of components on the UI, improvements to the filter experiences, and a new content hierarchy. Together with the PM, we define a yearly plan to achieve all these changes.

My task involved branding and designing the user experience for these web applications. Owning the end-to-end user experience process, we transform complex data into simplified and elegant maps.
