The Lo & Behold group is a hospitality group, but we like to think we're more than that. From being the place people remember for having their first date, to the place they reconnected with long-lost friends or shared drinks with colleagues on a tough day at work, we find magic and preciousness in being able to create indelible memories for all who walk through our doors. That’s why we don’t mind going the extra mile, or a thousand more. We overturn the long-held assumptions of stiff service in favour of warmhearted hospitality packed with the earnest desire to make someone’s day.

The Lo & Behold Group was founded in 2005 by Wee Teng Wen and Daniel He. The term ‘Lo & Behold!’ is often used to herald the original and unapologetically wonderful, a principle we judiciously apply to every concept we develop. From a rooftop bar that celebrates the idiosyncrasies of our local culture to a 1920s art deco building that aims to inject glamour into an otherwise mundane business district, our sights are locked on refuting Singapore’s cut-and-dried F&B landscape with magnetic, experiential culinary narratives. We combine inspired design with exceptional food, beverage and hospitality to produce timeless concepts and indelible memories. To date, our concepts include Loof (2005), The White Rabbit (2008), OverEasy (2009), Tanjong Beach Club (2010), Extra Virgin Pizza (2011) & The Black Swan (2013).

Our laurels are not for resting as we relentlessly pursue service excellence. Our passion has manifested in a flurry of accolades and recognition, most notably, the World Gourmet Series Awards of Excellence in 2014 for The White Rabbit, Condé Nast’s (UK) World’s Best Beach Bar & Restaurant in 2014 for Tanjong Beach Club, Tatler's (SG) Best New Restaurant in 2014 for The Black Swan and Loof’s position as the No.1 attraction on TripAdvisor.
