Team IDEA is an internal department made up of graphic design, multimedia, copywriting, presentation, trade and special event professionals, responsible for creating experiences – whether physical or visual – for various audiences to engage, interact and strengthen relationships with the Cars.com brand.

- Developed multiple options for a new mark for the Human Resources department rebranding initiative.

- Designed post card-like “desk drop” to promote employee awareness on email retention policy and de-cluttering of personal office space.

- Proof work for content accuracy, ensure ads are previewing correctly, and confirm all click tags are functioning to customer specifications
- Design online advertising and production for internal and external customers at Cars.com
- Create document templates for the company to use
- Moderate understanding or experience with dynamic content optimization, responsive ad design and IAB standards.

- Primarily responsible for the supervision of junior golfers, ages 5-­‐10. Continually served as a positive role model and kept junior golfers active and engaged in a fun, safe and healthy environment. Maintained CPR and AED certifications.
- Collaborated with golf pro to create the overall program structure of golf skill stations. Guided junior golfers through skill stations, instructing and demonstrating as needed, while emphasizing the importance of golf etiquette and sportsmanship.
