I managed design branch of digital advertising department. It was whole visual part of the brand's online activity (like SMM, performance marketing and landing pages) and design of key visuals for special projects and seasonal activities.
I leaded team of 9 designers and I’ve pushed their skills to achieve the best results. There was a multiple field of skills they have developed: creative, graphic, illustration, motion and 3D.
I’ve created the system of templaits, moodboards and written digital advertisement Guidelines. It helps them to apply the brand standards and design systems to their work and qiuckly find solutions in some projects which needed pattern work and have more time for creative complex tasks.
Worked collaborately with product, marketing, and brand teams to concept campaigns, launch announcements that support new products and features. We conducted research, check hypotesis, and A/B testing to understand user experience with different channels and check results of campaigns.
I communicated with stakeholders and found ways to match aims and opportunities of marketign, brand, product and design teams. I improved internal and external workflows like generating ideas, hypothesis tests, task setting, layouts reviewing.
