I worked as a 3D CAD Designer under an internship in Kesan Tulin Sdn. Bhd., a furniture manufacturer that specializes in the production of cabinets. Softwares such as AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, Cabinet Vision and Sketchup were used for the scope of design work during my time in Kesan Tulin.

I worked as a CAD Designer in Versalink under an internship program. My scope of work included producing 2D & 3D CAD drawing according to the client's specs using AutoCAD and SolidEdge. My other responsibilities also includes test-assemble and QA testing for special orders by clients from countries such as UAE, USA, China, Pakistan and so on to ensure the quality of export products.

I worked as a marketing assistant in Versalink under an internship program. My scope of work includes brainstorming new ideas to market upcoming products, conducting market research and copywriting articles for the company's official portal. My other responsibilities also include editing graphics on company's profile, presentation deck, and advertisements.

Managing Form 1 and Form 2 classes while being ready to answer any questions that students might have regarding their studies. The scope of work also include coordinating with other teachers to discuss on the strengths and weaknesses of the students. This is to provide the best learning experience for the students.

Akemi Uchi is a retail store for cushions and bedding accessories i.e. bed sheets, comforters, bolsters etc. My job scope is to handle customers and provide them with the necessary information regarding the products offered. I also point out sales item and recommended items to customer to increase sales. Besides that, I also handle the cash register and make sure that the sums are correct.

I held the responsibility to sort application forms that are received during the Chinese New Year, when it has the most volunteer applications received. I have to work with my other fellow volunteers to make sure that the applicants have a job to work on once they arrive.

Went through training course provided by Fo Guang Shan to be team guide during Fo Guang Shan's leadership training camp. I held the responsibility to guide a team of teenagers aged 13 to 17 years old during the camp.

I worked as the head of event management in the 11th Combined Camp in SMJK Kwang Hua, Klang. My job scope includes scheduling, game testing, emceeing, and coordinating with other teams like catering, secretary, treasury and so on. The camp was ran according to schedule to make sure that each activities were allowed ample time to proceed.

My responsibilities include training cadets in marching, physical training and other survival skills. I coordinated with the Platoon Sergeant and other Corporals to make sure that our cadets are well-trained and disciplined.

I studied here through the transfer program offered in First City University College, Malaysia. I chose Nottingham Trent University for my final year studies is because of its stellar reputation and credentials. I strove to gain more knowledge and get more in-depth on the workings of not just furniture design, but also product design, industrial design in today's competitive environment.

My courses include Design Projects, Design Studies, Material and Technology, and Design Communications.
Design Projects is about the general assignments that revolves around furniture and product design.
Design Studies is about the theories of design surrounding furniture and product design.
Material and Technology is about exploring the materials used in designing furniture and product.
Design Communications is about using the medium of art to convey design, such as using computer aided design and manual renderings.

My course includes the fundementals of designs, which includes the basics of graphics design, interior design and product design.
