I’m Liana: an animator and illustrator who is passionate about bringing visions to life.
I collaborate on projects with visionaries from many different fields to tell their stories through line, shape and colour.
I believe that curiosity, exploration and adventure is the light of life.

Duties included lots of spreadsheets!, liasing with the client, organising the crew, ensuring all elements of production were on schedule, allocating scenes to animators on a weekly basis and tracking their progress, rendering, checking episodes for issues (design, display orders, hookups), layout in Cel Action, visual effects and motion graphics (using After Effects).
It was a fantastic production with an amazing crew.

Producer/Animator
As a producer/production manager, I'm involved with projects from start to finish.
Initially, I work with clients and prospective clients to explain our production process and how we will collaborate on their project. This is followed by finding out everything about the client's services and offerings, their goals for the project and target audience which allows me to develop a detailed brief for all aspects of the project.
I'm usually involved with the script writing process - which involves either writing the script from scratch based on the discovery session or assisting the client in editing a draft script that they provide. Throughout production, I'm in constant communication with the client to keep them in the loop, provide different stages of the project for review (style frames, storyboard, animation), answer any questions and provide support.
Within our in-house team, I’m a constant support for the creative team as well. I match projects to the most suitable creatives and assist wherever I can.
Throughout each project I make sure that quality work is produced and delivered to meet the client’s expectations, and that we stay on track with production, which is especially important when working to tight deadlines.
Outside of individual projects, my duties also include creating proposals, invoices, job booking forms, organising voiceover and sound design, preparing files for delivery, creating systems and templates to help the studio run smoothly.
From time to time, I am also involved in projects as a creative. This includes creating print-ready illustrations, character design, storyboarding for live action productions, working on explainer videos from start to finish (style development, storyboarding, animation), and motion design.
I've been fortunate to work with a range of amazing clients including QUU, Rio Tinto, Aurizon, Logan City Council, Pac Brands, Monash College, World Health Organisation, QCAA, Aginic and nbn.
