Managed receiving and pickup of artwork, created and managed databases of all artwork received, displayed, stored and/or picked up at the Association’s gallery. Provided support to jurors during the selection of art for a show, assisted with hanging shows, organized and received incoming work for future exhibits. Created and mounted labels for displayed art, liaised with featured artists, sold art work and organized invoices, provided customer service and answered the phone. Helped to set up an exhibit showcasing local artists at Prescott Park, a prominent outdoor art venue in Portsmouth, NH and covered most of the daily on-site shifts during its 8 week run.

Organized databases and departmental invoices, scheduled appointments, managed sign-ups and payments for school functions, created email blasts advertising events in Constant Contact, coordinated pickups and drop-offs, and provided customer service.

Assisted with packaging and shipping art, logged purchases in the computer system, installed shows, created window displays, sold art work and organized invoices, provided customer service, and cleaned the gallery.
