Laurent de Carnière (1977) is a french architect based in Paris.
After been graduated with Honors in 2005
from the School of Architecture ISACF LA CAMBRE (Belgium),
he gained his first experiences working with his teacher LHOAS & LHOAS,
then with the chinese architect HOU LIANG and METAFORM.
In 2006, he moved to Australia where he works with a young agency LAVA in Sydney.
In 2009 he returned to Paris, where he actually lives.
Beside his current work at DOMINIQUE PERRAULT ARCHITECTURE,
he is running his own architectural investigations
through various creative projects, apartments, scenographies and competitions.
In 2011, he designed ICI-MONTREUIL, the largest coworking space and fablab in France for creative people, which is actually almost completed.
In 2013, he starts a new artistic project called "AXO-NO-METRIC-CITY",
a reflexion on territories between street art and architectural drawing. Read Less
