As the lead Designer at this web design company I am responsible for:

- Brand development since inception and rebrand of previous identities to reconnect them to their target market
- Editorial work that comprises from large scale magazines to brochures, leaflets and flyers.
- Managing the Stationery design that most of the time is part of the brand development such as business cards, letterheads, notepads, compliment slips and stamps.
- Improving online client experiences, meeting and surprising expectations in the Web Design field. Always learning about new trends, styles, user experience methods and better accessibility practices.
- Applying my photography skills to our portfolio pieces.
- Ensuring quality control targets are in place and enforce them.

Responsible for the motion part of the company, product photography, tea and biscuits.
