- Assist with product/user testing during proof of concept stages
- Generate content for User Welcome Package and other digital and print media including website layout and email campaigns
- Oversee trade show planning including payments, scheduling, and booth needs

-Operations Manager for seven stores
-Oversaw recruitment and hiring/terminations as well as employee relations and resolving internal conflict between employees and upper management

-Prepared press kits and all other promotional collateral
-Oversaw all digital graphic creation, editing and finalization for marketing materials including store signage and social media
-Ensured social website were up to date with product and running smoothly
-All daily office tasks as requested by CEO, COO and lead designer
