I learned how to do the planning and practice of designing products, processes, services, events, omnichannel journeys, and environments with a focus placed on the quality of the user experience and culturally relevant solutions. How to conceptualize a project from the initial stage to the execution part. I got the freedom to explore my talents and with my mentor guidance enhance it was cherry on the cake.
