Worked to redesign the company's global website with an outside agency in several languages. The project took around 2 years to complete and was a great success. During my time at CT, I also implemented and integrated a DRM system (Canto) and tagged thousands of pieces of media with metadata for easy searching and indexing of our media on a global level.

As a Director of Marketing, I was a mentor to a team of 13 other marketers spread around the world. They were not my direct reports but I did help guide them on best practices around blogging, WordPress, SEO, paid media, design, and advertising.

I attended many of our large events like Blizzcon and The International Auto Show to take photos, videos, and drone captures. I also documented the experience for later blogging, case study, and content creation.

What started out as a crazy idea between two mountain biking buddies developed into a full-blown e-comm subscription business. MTBBOXX was a personalized subscription box targeted to the affluent rider demographic. We promised a unique brand experience where each MTBBOXX that was delivered was personalized and customized to each rider based on 25+ questions for $99. We analyzed everything from tire size, to shoe size, and everything in between so that our customers could get great gear at an affordable price.

We grew the business from 0 subscribers to over 100 before closing the business down due to scale and logistical issues. It was a fun journey, I learned a lot about running an e-comm subscription-based business model, and I got to meet some excellent people along the way. 10/10 would try it again, next time, with a scale/growth plan put in place where I am not 100% in the weeds of the business.

As Director of Marketing at Virtuous CRM, I was responsible for driving lead generation at all stages of the marketing and sales funnel.
