A little bit about Wargaming – it’s a big international gaming company that had many different products like a Word of Tanks, World of Warships and etc. I’m working at an in-house design agency that supports all media companies, launching new products, rebranding, analyzes data information. I worked on big projects as a product designer from discussing needs, ideas and solutions with a client to create design systems, to systemize different types of content that help other departments work with products.
Prepare materials for the development department and describe system, methods, create interface interaction animation. Be a part of the user test of our products and make these products better after that.

Work with clients and agencies on their projects in different design spheres. Have an experience of making e-commerce digital platforms, new brands delivery on the market, mobile applications.

Was leading a small design team which included 4 members. Created a design plan for each designer. Discussed the needs of stakeholders and project goals, analyzed incoming information, leading team brainstorms. Created digital concepts and presentations for clients.

Checked current design process points, quality control and carry on guideline, UI kit, design system creation process. Also working closely with development team members to create a better solution or optimize some idea.
