- Strong sense of perspective and depth.
- Strong sens of action and dynamic scene.
- Quick sketching and storyboarding experience.
- Ability to communicate visually, and to identify and define visual design issues and solutions.
- Excellent design skills, including the effective use of colour, form, lighting and composition.
- Strong in comedy, action, emotional storytelling, and character interaction.
- Strong staging, composition and cinematography skills.
- Knowledge of television animation production pipeline.
- Knowledge of software and hardware including Cintiq, Clip Studio Paint Pro, and Photoshop CC.
- Knowledge publishing and printing (offset) comics process.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with a team.
