Web Graphics Designer & Front-End Developer

Most of my workload is comprised of coding - either custom php WordPress theme/plugin development, or front-end development (JavaScript/jQuery, Sass, HTML, CSS). I also design web graphics (banners, ads, and campaign-based materials) to be used within the CMS, both for the previous iteration of our site, which was powered by RedDot, and the current Wordpress version.

I was one of two php developers on the team that launched of the new AMA site (ama.ab.ca) in the spring, and I was the designer and front-end dev for the relaunch of Road Reports in 2013 (amaroadreports.ca). You have no idea how long it took me to find a tiny tow truck icon.

I'm currently the developer on a team that is reimagining the UX for AMA Travel.
