He has Wide field experience in environmental construction management with projects in Qatar, Saudi arabia, Bahrain and Egypt. He also has received awards in architectural design excellence from USA, Italy, Greece, UAE, Egypt and many more.

Karim recognizes sustainability in the built environment to be an interdisciplinary issue that requires bridging between science and design, education and practice; in broader terms, sustainability is Quality. To that, He familiarized himself in the areas of; architectural design, environmental design and construction, BIM Process in design and construction, building energy modeling, technical project coordination, LEED and WELL rating systems, and actively participating in international architectural competitions.

Currently he is a LEED/Sustainability project coordinator, managing and coordinating LEED rating system Requirements on construction projects, creating plans, reports and frameworks that assist the green practices in construction management.

Job Description:
• Responsible for the Logistics and the safety of delivered materials.
• Managing the process of the delivery from the site into the available stores or to the desired installation areas.
• Responsible for the HSE for all of the labors, Installers and materials.
• Supervising the installation process in all of the concessions with on-site supervision, drawings and technical support, on-site weekly meetings and weekly off-site meetings with company’s directors for both (QIAJV & QATART SANTACROCE)
• Daily meetings with each concession responsible persons to ensure the continuity of the current processes.
• performing all the material inspections that varies from Delivery and installation, and also preparing all the required papers and drawings for the consultant, hold the meetings for the inspections.
• Responsible for making all paper works related to the project, that varies from full site reports about the current situation in (Logistics – Safety – Installation – Inspections), schedules for installation progress, Method Statement submission, HSE Plans and agreement.
