Develop and implement design solutions including images, Videos, charts, infographics, and multimedia elements used for marketing sale decks, advertising, sales, and other communications.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversees and manages art preparation and plate-making layout, guiding as needed.
❖
Establishes and implements a work order process through which design consultation can occur, specifications can be collected, and projects can be assigned and prioritized.
❖
Calculates project cost estimates based on materials and resources required; maintains pricing list or system for recurring or standard projects.
❖
Ensures finished projects align with customer and project requirements before the product leaves the department for printing, delivery, and/or distribution.
❖
Schedules and leads regular departmental meetings to discuss projects and priorities for team members and to address questions or concerns regarding company policies and procedures.
❖
Maintains departmental equipment and supplies; may research and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive prices on required materials and equipment.
❖
Maintains a portfolio of exemplary work samples.
❖
Attends design consultation meetings for unusual or large-scale projects.
❖
Collaborates with internal sales and marketing departments, customers, and outside vendors and contractors to ensure all expectations are sufficiently met.
❖
Assists team members with projects as needed.
❖
Performs other duties as required.

Responsible for art direction and graphic design, seeing all projects through from concept, design, production, completion and delivery.
❖ Work closely and collaboratively with the design team, marketing team and business team on all creative and corporate requirements.
❖ Personally, work on graphic development. Follow the company’s brand identity standards and guidelines.
❖ Interprets company needs and develops concepts to suit specific guidelines while working within budget constraints.
❖ Provide accurate time and cost estimates for each tactic.
❖ Present design work at various stages to stakeholders for review and final approval.
❖ Supports the Marketing and Corporate teams, in creating sales materials. Advise stakeholders on all technical visual recommendations and/or issues.
❖ Assist in training of Graphic Designer interns and new joiners.

Guiding the designing for advertisements, Banners, brochures, handouts, flyers and online graphics.Designing & creating marketing & e-marketing materials on a range of projects.
❖ Working with a range of media, including photography, to create final artwork. ❖ Create and implement campaigns for branding and marketing including presence on social medias.
❖ Creating original artwork for short and long term projects

Ongoing design and maintenance of new and existing websites.
❖ Promotion of websites both organically and using Google Adwords.
❖ Interacting with programmers and clients.
❖ Designing websites that are easy and effective to use.
❖ Designing web campaigns for online initiatives, editorials, emails & banners.
❖ Building affiliate white-labels websites, promotional banners & creative material.
