Manager, Media & Interaction
As the Media & Interaction Manager at PDG, I oversee the work of our talented Graphic Designers and Developers. I support the organization and our clients by conceptualizing innovative learning solutions and estimating the work. I create and maintain processes and tools to improve efficiency and I provide production management support to our cross-functional project teams. I am also responsible for our contractor resourcing and onboarding.
In addition to these higher level responsibilities, I am also typically involved on media heavy projects as a Lead Graphic Designer. I enjoy collaborating with the project teams by providing look & feel designs, templates, graphics, and animation work to push our learner solutions in new and exciting directions.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, I am responsible for managing projects from a visual/interactive standpoint and interfacing with clients during design strategy discussions. I design GUI and content look and feel for e-learning and instructor-led training material while adhering to client branding and common usability standards. I am also responsible for maintaining thorough collaboration between the Graphics, Development, and Instructional Design departments.
Above and beyond the normal responsibilities of a Senior Graphic Designer, I have gained valuable project management experience by successfully leading multi-language courseware translation projects. I have written scripts for simulation style, animated e-learning courses and I have led multi-workstream projects as a Production Manager.
