A senior business consultant, Jonathon Karelse embarked on his successful career as a corporate producer of tires and other rubber consumer products by attending the MIT Sloan School of Management in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He is a recognized thought leader and has been featured at demand planning events hosted by the American Production and Inventory Control Society and the Institute of Business Forecasting and Planning. Over course of the past decade, Jonathon Karelse has served as business unit director for Yokohama Tire Canada, chairman of the statistics and forecasting committee with the Rubber Association of Canada, and vice president of strategic planning and corporate development for Wholesale Tire Distributors.

Since 2012, Jonathon Karelse has co-directed NorthFind Partners along their team of demand planning and Supply and Operations Planning practitioners. Services provided by NorthFind range from S&OP and demand planning analysis, to comprehensive supply chain training and implementation.
