Working within Product Management, I work closely and coordinate with the development and marketing teams to add user experience expertise, guidance and leadership to product roadmap items, specifically:

Game Master Application:
Research & prototype the UI of our operational app used to control & manage VR experiences.

Booking Wizard:
Research, prototype & design the new ticket booking experience for our global website used by over 40 venues and translated into a dozen languages.

VR Game UI:
Collaborate with our content team to optimise VR interfaces of existing games and operational screens.

- Define and lead the UX direction through research, analysis, sketches, workflows, wireframes, interaction specifications and visual design

- Lead our UX team to design engaging, user-centred solutions that support business and user objectives across multiple platforms and devices

- Identify the problems, opportunities & general contexts of the briefs we respond to, and propose solutions that respond to these briefs to help/excite/improve the lives of our clients and their customers

Conceived and oversaw the implementation of highly crafted & conceptual solutions for clients & for pitch responses across the full gamut of digital touch points.
