• Creation of bi-monthly Spotlight magazine, including, but not limited to, organization of entire issue, gathering and editing cast bios & headshots creating ads for events, layout of articles, and developing illustrations & front cover.
• Creating show adverstisments for all media, including print and web.
• Writing original content to promote upcoming shows and events.
• Working with printers to create all print materials, including on-site promos banners, flyers, and performance collateral.
• Communicating with patrons and board members to create campaigns for other events at the theatre.

• Coordinating vendors and internal teams.
• Developing store kiosk maps and graphics for onsite usage.
• Document management/fact checking for company communications.
• Layout, copy editing, photo manipulation, and color management for weekly marketing collateral.

• Creating collateral and organizing content for each of the resort’s programs.
• Graphic development for print and web from inception to reveal.
• Creating, designing, and constructing trade show booths.
