Job description

Working on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
Obtaining input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately
Working independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
Examining existing processes, identifying flaws, and creating solutions that improve design capabilities
Updating and maintaining internal databases for designs, photography, and video

The Services will consist of taking written or spoken ideas and converting them into creative visual representations and design, in both print and electronic media from concept to final to final deliverable; working on multiple simultaneous projects; and collaborating with multiple teams across the company and to meet deadlines, follow branding expectations, and appropriately represent the company.

Taking initiative to propose website improvements
Projects may include social media banners, newsletter design, case studies, white papers, brochures, infographics, ppt presentations, search display ads, business proposals, landing page design, e-books, logos, event banners and displays, animated gifs/videos, video editing, design in webflow and figma

Your skills and experience

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency with publishing tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and Adobe After Effects, Figma
A strong eye for visual composition.
Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
Able to understand and follow through with deadline
Can deliver a creative brief and support stakeholders to understand the requirements.
Understanding of multimedia and advertisement design, POSM production, website design, and corporate identity.
Excellent team player with ability to work independently to be able to effectively handle a variety of design projects on time and within budget.
Work in US timezone
