As the UX Lead at Tradly, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of no-code innovation. We are seeking an individual who is not just a UX expert, but someone who is genuinely passionate and obsessed with design. You will be the driving force behind creating an unparalleled user experience for Tradly, our no-code builder.

Responsibilities:

Lead the UX design efforts, collaborating closely with the founding team to translate user needs into seamless design solutions.
Be the sole visionary for interaction, motion, and navigation in Tradly, ensuring that users can effortlessly accomplish their goals in record time.
Champion user-centered design principles, conducting user research, creating personas, and advocating for the needs and preferences of our diverse user base.
Develop information architecture and navigation design that optimizes the organization and accessibility of features and functions within Tradly.
Create interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing to refine the platform's design based on user feedback. (optional. Mostly directly work with developers - hands on)
Drive a culture of design excellence, ensuring that design thinking and aesthetics are at the forefront of our product development process.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and thought process.
Deep passion and obsession with design, with a focus on user-centered design principles.
Proficiency in interaction design, motion design, and information architecture.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within our founding team at Tradly.
Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
