Job Description:

As our Architectural Designer, you will be at the forefront of designing cutting-edge properties, translating visionary concepts into tangible plans. You will be instrumental in the visualization process, creating detailed renders that will not only captivate but also convince stakeholders and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop architectural plans for various projects.

- Create detailed 3D models of architectural designs using 3ds Max.

- Produce high-quality photorealistic renders for presentations, marketing materials, and client approvals.

- Collaborate with the development team to integrate design concepts with architectural and engineering plans.

- Continually stay up to date with the latest 3ds Max techniques and rendering technologies.

Qualifications:

- Profound expertise in 3ds Max and rendering software.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in photorealistic rendering and architectural visualization.

- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years experience in an architectural design role, preferably within the property development sector.

- Excellent design skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate design ideas effectively.

Salary Range: $1,500 - $3,500/month
