Job Purpose

The Brand Creative/Experience Designer is responsible for the creation of compelling story-telling deigns across digital platforms (web/mobile/social) and offline brand experience design, including visual concept, typography, GUI design including but not limited to events, brand visuals design language, and styles.  Effectively communicate and collaborate across creative teams of producers, copy-writers, multimedia and production designer to ensure that the design solutions communicate the desired message, and functions successfully for varying technical and performance specifications. The Brand Experience Designer must be capable of designing the creative aspects from small projects through large complex programs and have demonstrated strong business acumen, from concept research, strategic design development through production designs.

Aligned projects assigned with the Vice President, Global Brand and Creative, the Brand Creative/Experience Designer will ensure team designers are successful in: understanding target audience and business problems, developing concepts, implementing design strategies, and designing on-brand experience solutions. Balance creative thinking, interpersonal skills, and business partner expectations to successfully translate concepts into functional design deliverables.

Responsibilities including but not limited to

Hands-on create, as well as design, mentor designers in the development of strategic design directions set by Vice President, Global Brand and Creative on deliverables that elevate, differentiate, and function on-brand and on-strategy.

Exemplify the ability to challenge yourself and the design team to create progressive, inspiring, and relevant visual design solutions.

Design, create & implementing a uniquely iconic Sitecore style across the marketing experience touch points for the company from concept design through execution and production oversight.

Responsible for all well round brand experience design deliverables e.g. interactive storyboard, events design, social media, visual graphics, digital experience, corporate communication, product launches and etc.

Work closely with producers, senior designers, writers/eidtors, Vice President, Global Brand and Creative aligned in creative vision, strategies to tell holistic brand story consistently.

Bring design integration into holistic brand engagement experience at all customer touch points.

Prepare design presentations as needed.

Collaborate with other design team members on asset/content development, and design solutions.

Ensure quality control of all creative deliverables.

The Brand Creative/Experience Designer need to be self-start for research concepts, moodboards, create/designs concepts, develop design solutions including but not limited to executive presentations, typography, infographics, GUI, interaction designs, visual styles, and overall composition designs.


B.F.A. in Graphic Design.

Minimum 5 years in well known brands.

Excellent portfolio demonstrates compelling design solutions for complex problems.

Strategic, big picture thinker with solid design skills for complex problems.

Strong color, typography and overall design composition.  Attention to details.

Self-starter, deadline driven, team player, fluent with the creative process know-how, multi tasks as necessary.

Capable of design problem solving from small to large scale programs.

Expert in Adobe CS.  Knowledge of HTML, web platform technology constraints.
