Senior Creative Director


We’re looking for a Sr. Creative Director to join our San Francisco team. As Creative Director, you’re accountable for generating big, brave creative ideas rooted in brand experience thinking as well as for directing how those ideas come to life.


What you’ll be doing:

Generating big ideas to address clients’ business needs that are rooted in fresh brand, product and audience insights

Directing the expression of those ideas across all experience media – promotions, consumer, retail, live events, digital, social, mobile, environmental.

Delivering ideas that win and generate revenue

Ensuring that your ideas are as powerful in reality as they were when pitched

Helping to build the agency's reputation, profile and relationships with talent and clients

Collaborating across the office’s and worldwide agency’s community of creative, strategy, growth and operations colleagues to share ideas, resources and best practices

Managing, mentoring, coaching, hiring, recruiting and fiercely protecting the agency culture that makes Jack a great place to work




What we’re looking for:

8+ years’ experience at a non-traditional marketing agency

Depth in B2B and B2C campaigns

You must have experience in live events / experiential and ideally in one or more of these mediums: digital, promotions, consumer, retail, environmental

Demonstrated excellence in creative brand storytelling across live, digital, 2D or 3D media

Hands-on work experience (you are a “do-er”) and management experience (you can lead a team)

Engaging presentation skills and a track record of successfully selling and executing brave creative ideas

An unmatched passion and energy for your craft, Jack Morton, and brand experience
