We’re looking for a Creative Director who can find creative answers to complex problems, delight our customers, and help us keep our business growing. 


Duties and Responsibilities: 

Ensure alignment between creative production, S&M goals and overall business objectives
Collaborate with Product, Digital, Corporate/Events and Enterprise/International/Customer marketing teams to develop effective campaign strategies that are aligned with S&M goals.
Analyze data and industry trends and explore new opportunities that bring value to the team and company
Ensure that all creative is being produced efficiently, with excellence, and to brand standards.
Provide clear creative/design direction to all creative teams, marketing teams and production vendors while managing overall timelines.
Stay at the forefront of creative/production technology to ensure that all prospect and customer experiences are effective and memorable.
Report creative results to internal stakeholders and management teams
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and in professional organizations.


10+ years experience in creative production (agency + corporate)
Deep understanding and experience in all forms of creative production (digital, web, print, video, etc.)
Strong foundation in typography, layout, UX/UI and event/presentation design
Possess advanced knowledge of industry-standard production software (digital, web, print, video, etc.)
A clear understanding of sales & marketing processes for global SAAS companies.
Excellence in managing and motivating staff and able to communicate creative direction effectively.
Creative problem solving and decision-making skills.
A strong understanding of brand development and multi-channel/touch-point marketing.

Graduation from a 4-year college or university required.  A minimum 10+ years related work experience.
