Creative Director or Marketing Manager - Creative
Ebonite International is in search of a creative individual to join the sales and marketing team. This high profile role is responsible for creating leading-edge integrated marketing campaigns for digital, video and some print. Innovation is key along with the ability to make things from initial sketches and storyboards through to pixel perfect executions and concept decks that sell the idea. S/he will be well-versed in the latest design trends and digital experiences across a variety of media and will create on-brand/on-strategy creative campaigns. This is an opportunity to do great work and contribute to a wide range of ideas and executions within a collaborative team atmosphere. You should be organized, deadline-oriented and able to multi-task. The right mix of talent and personality, along with a solutions oriented approach is the key for success in this role.

What We Are Looking For / Qualifications:
Contribute hands-on to projects from concept through execution, working side-by-side with the team. Lead by example.
Someone that wants to lead the look, feel and execution of our marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
Expert at translating marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
Ability to work out of our worldwide headquarters in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.
Ensure quality across all aspects of project deliverables
Be able to travel periodically to tournaments, events, trade shows and demos.
Share and maintain your expert knowledge of industry, consumer, and competitive landscapes to inform insightful ideas.
A strong desire to grow a team and work in a collaborative environment.
BSc/BA in advertising, fine art, design or relevant field; MSc/MA will be considered an asset.
Must be goal-oriented, ability to hold oneself accountable to daily/weekly/month objectives as well as manage team deadlines.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of all phases of the design process from trend research and design strategy to concept development and execution.
Ability to create big ideas and hold a strong design vision.
Exceptionally strong portfolio equally showcasing conceptual thinking, visual design, and storytelling.
At least 5 years of design experience in PR, marketing, digital agency or similar environment.
Expert knowledge of video, animation, motion design and related software.
Must have a solid understanding and desire to keep up to date with innovation trends, industry trends, and design trends.
Comprehensive awareness and love of mobile platforms, emerging technologies, and trends.
Excel at working on multiple projects and brands simultaneously.
Must be able to think and respond quickly without sacrificing attention to detail.
Strong ability to prioritize work and resources.
Excellent communication skills and can easily articulate (and persuasively sell) creative concepts.
Mastery of relevant design tools, platforms, and software (Adobe Suite, Sketch, MS Office, etc.)
Exceptional solid branding and data visualization experience.
Understand human behavior. Focus the work on solving real customer problems.
Be willing and able to adapt with the business as it evolves over time.
