Our Product team is needs a Visual Designer whose strongest suit is making a final product look on point. Focusing primarily on digital design, with some print, your contributions will enhance the presentation of Joybird’s brand across our digital properties.
Design impactful and brand-consistent visual elements for landing pages and email marketing campaigns
Partner with other designers and product managers, and support marketing team members, to reach shared goals.
Collaborate with fellow designers (product, motion) and prototypers to explore and evolve interactive content experiences.
Apply visual design strategies across multiple screens and interfaces including our website (desktop/mobile), email and social media.
Define, deliver, document, and maintain a holistic visual branded design language across cross-branded properties
Explore a variety of visual design directions in a rapid iterative fashion
Design-savvy - You live for making things pretty and on-brand and have exceptional visual design skills that fully consider user experience, medium, color, typography, and an established style guide.
Agile - You’re flexible as priorities change and are comfortable with a faster pace.
Detail-oriented - You sweat the small stuff, tweaking until things are pixel perfect.
Achiever - You’re efficient at delivering high-quality, production-ready artwork and assets.
3+ years digital visual design experience, B2B/B2C experience preferred
Experience working in a startup or design agency
Proficiency with leading design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Invision
Experience in interaction design, HTML5/CSS3, and wireframing preferred
