Elite Space Planning is a leading space planning firm specializing in residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality designs and exceptional client experiences. As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a detail-oriented Draftsperson/Architect with expertise in AutoCAD, Twin Motion, and SketchUp to join our team. If you have experience in creating photo-realistic models in other programs in addition to the three programs listed above, that is a bonus. Candidate must be fluent in English.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Create accurate and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD, Twin Motion, and SketchUp. You will need to be able to go back and forth between these programs.

- Collaborate with the owner, as well as other architects and designers to develop and refine design concepts.

- Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.

- Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.

- Review and revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements.

- Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

- Proficiency and ability to seamlessly transition between AutoCAD, Twin Motion, and SketchUp.

-Must be able to join meetings remotely via Zoom

- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings in AutoCAD from SketchUp and vice versa.

- Experience in creating construction documents.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.

- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.

- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
