We are seeking a creative and experienced Product Designer to join our team. The Product Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and visually stunning designs for our products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user experience, interaction design, and visual design principles. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to create high-quality designs that meet the needs of our users.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create designs that meet user needs and business goals.
2. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
3. Create high-fidelity designs that are pixel-perfect and visually appealing.
4. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
5. Work with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented to specification.
6. Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and user experience.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in product design, interaction design, or user experience design.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
4. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
5. Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
