I am an MA graduate in the Art and the Book Program from the Corcoran College of Art + Design. I have eleven years of design experience working in both in-house and design studio environments before starting my studies.

My inspirations come from unexpected places—seemingly unimportant conversations with friends, something glanced at for a moment, a forgotten memory. A bit of shared history, a phrase or an image may trigger a chain of thoughts that lead me to the subject of my work. Through travel, I experience new cultures and gain different artistic perspective which are used as themes or visual language in my work.
