Knog

Project

Knog is an Australian cycle accessories brand. Based in Melbourne and winners of multiple awards their products are highly design driven. Their focus is on their molded Silicon products, as such it was best to out source the stitch and sew program. Work based in London was reviewed in Australia and then implemented in the far east, using both Vietnamese and Chinese sources.

Responsibilities included design, development, range planning, factory liaison, sourcing and time line management. Products developed for Knog ranged from wallets and gloves through to water resistant panniers and backpacks. Such a wide range of products required a long range vision and an ability to cross disciplines and categories while holding onto the brands design direction.
