For the last 3 years, I worked remotely overseas in Okinawa, Japan, providing copywriting, proofreading and editing for Power Design, Inc. and TD SYNNEX (formerly Tech Data). My capabilities and projects consisted of a variety of medias and formats, including: B2B and B2C newsletter emails, demand-generation campaigns, video scripts, event branding, social media posts, industry research, blogs, web ads, email campaigns and website development.

During my time as a Copywriter for the in-house Tech Data agency, I collaborated with fellow writers and art directors for event-related branding and theming – resulting in award-winning portfolio pieces. I also researched and developed lead-generation campaigns for Tech Data's Reseller Connect program, as well as scripted a range of videos from brand videos to instructional guides to hype videos. As part of my role, the copywriting team handled a consistent amount of day-to-day deliverables including web ads, broadcast emails, newsletters, masthead development, campaigns-in-a-box, drip campaigns, A/B subject line testing and more. Additionally, I contributed to Tech Data's blog: Authority, as well as the Reseller Connect blog.

Primarily wrote for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, but also touched on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Mosaic Co., Florida Hospital, Tampa Lowry Park Zoo, Feeding Tampa Bay & Visit Sarasota.

Worked on copy for brands such as Ulta, Food Lion, CSX & Pep Boys, including radio scripts, social media, tag lines, and print campaigns.

Wrote blogs internally for Nickel Communications and for their clients. Also actively posted on social media including Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Youtube for Nickel Communications, as well as headed the Social Media Madness Competition.
