Designing typefaces and lettering for a wide range of clients, working independently and in collaboration with other designers.

Co-founded the typeface design certificate program in Cooper Union's Continuing Education department, collaborating on the plan and structure of the program. Annually taught a year-long course in typeface design.

Taught undergraduate courses in Typeface Design and Typography.

Contributed to the design of many typefaces, including Gotham, Archer, Mercury, and Sentinel; designed print- and web-based promotional materials; managed font software sales; supplied technical support to clients and customers.
