Cover Letter

My passion as a creative lies in the art of the story and I love taking raw data and abstract information, or just sitting down with a client and digging deep to find and then weave together the story they have to tell. Whether it is with imagery, words, or both, I am a story-teller at heart.

I have over fifteen years of professional experience in graphic design with a background in print, event, presentation, and digital design. Having served as a senior graphic designer and brand manager, I am skilled at managing my time and multiple projects. Working in-house, I have had the good fortune of working with a variety of design and presentation software as well as having a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Working in this industry for many years, I am very used to tight deadlines, collaborating with managers and directors, and staying within a budget to deliver a polished, final product. As a head designer and department leader, I’ve had experience working with outside vendors and contractors as well as supervising internal staff. I am always eager to learn new skills and grow as a designer.
